A group of Project Design students from Miyagi University, Sendai City in Japan, guests of Pirkanmaa University of Applied Sciences, visited today the Finlayson campus of TAMK.


Film and web projects made by our students were showed, and during the tour around our building also the ProAcademy was visited. The guests seemed to be especially impressed by the facilities of our Fine Arts department.



Our new international Bachelor's Degree Programme in Interactive Media seemed to wake much interest. Who knows, maybe we receive an application or two from Sendai?

TAMK has also permanent co-operation with partners in Japan. The interaction design students of the School of Art and Media have participated for two years in a project with Okayama University. The project develops educational games for industry needs.
